Pain

Have you ever fallen in love,
And knew they did not care?
Have you ever felt like crying,
But knew you'd get nowhere?

Have you ever seen them walk right by,
Not wanting them to go?
Have you ever whispered 'i Love You' softly,
Not wanting them to know?

If I had to choose death or love,
I think I'd rather die
Because I don't want the pain that comes
Along when you say good-bye.

For me there's no one in the world
To fix my broken chain.
Love hurts me so bad,
I'd never do it agian.

So I say don't fall in love,
You'll be hurt before it's through.
You see, my friend, I ought to know
Because I fell in love with you...
