Marine engineer, passenger liners. Lived in Montreal and lived in San Diego, California since 1967. Worked as an Electrical Engineer in the San Diego and San Francisco bay areas. Rabid fan of Kipling, Oliver Goldsmith, and Robinson Jeffers. Sensitive to Nietzsche's remark 'the Poets lie too much'. Which drew me to Jeffers. Animal lover with addictions to Tonkinese cats and Poodles. Secular, attached to Budhism.)

Across the fields of yesterday he sometimes comes to me
A little boy comes back from play that little boy is me
And yet he smiles so wistfully once he climbs within
I wonder if he hopes to see the man I could have been....!
