Hell Meadow

She came through the medow past the flowers in rows,
briging destruction, fire, pain, and woe.
The hurt and the torture, was stronger than might,
I went into battle, to fight for our lives.
She had death at her fingers,
all hope was lost,
nothing could save us,
she came out on top,
time after time, warriors fell.
She came to my medow,
and sent it to hell.
I had nothing left, she took all I held near,
I was alone,
so I had no fear,
I walked up to her and I opened my arms,
a smile on my face, holding nothing of harm.

She looked at me glaring and pulled out a knife,
I was broken and weak, but I heald my head high,
she raise up the weapon, and I laughted aloud,
I never did realize, it was my final sound.
Pain sliced the air before taking my life.
The last thing I saw was the blade of that knife.
