Hannah Hasenyager Poems

A rose's petals may fall far,
And withers with its mar.
My heart dies there with such fear
Sending screams that no one will hear
...

Dance for your audience
They will not judge you tonight
Entertain all who observe
For you are not yourself
...

I remember that day
Where the sky was gray
And the heart was broken
To receive such a deadly token
...

I watch the snow
As it falls around you
Do you know?
Every smile that you show
...

Thoughts haunt my mind
What was alive is dead
And what is dead
Is only fleeting memory’s
...

Hannah Hasenyager Biography

Hey, this is Hannah. I want every one to know that they are not alone. That every peom I do write is to tell someone that someonels out there feels the same way they do. Some people would say that my peoms are depressing, but the truth is that they have not looked hard enough. If they did they would see that the peoms infact hold the truth. That most people hide themselfs in a lie.)

The Darkest Perfomance

A rose's petals may fall far,
And withers with its mar.
My heart dies there with such fear
Sending screams that no one will hear

Buried under the weight of lies
That is how love dies
I watch the petal fade
Destroying promises it had made.

But with spring, it may bloom once more
But this life isn't what it was before
I am however not rose
And I die when it snows

The past is behind me then
But it lingers as if it has just began
It so dark in the winter snow
Which muffles every thing that dose glow?

Freezing the fire in my soul
Soul without passion is a soul without goal
I do not belong here with bright faces
Creating fake lives and fake places
For it is all dark performance
Which inspires conformance
Everyone here wears a detailed mask
Which hides their true past

Which is tainted in cruel ways
While the truth is obscured in a fine haze
They run from goodness and light
So I run from their sight

With a bitter heart
Hoping to find a new land, a new start
Perhaps I'll never find it, who knows?
There is land for the dead that I know

Only the dead can find it
But the living do mind it
The clouds are of dark thoughts
And I have not seen these blots

They lack imagination of all kinds
Emptiness, in their heart one finds.
The moon is weak, shedding no light

When dose this performance end?
Why do they still pretend?
Is this the final act?
Will hope stay intact?
I do not know
Did I even care?
For I have lived my day
So I ask you to go away
