Evening Flight

Stare above,
the midnight sky,
dotted with stars,
glowing this chill night...

Evenings are majestic,
elegant and graceful,
poetic in silence,
as the night breeze,
teasingly whisper...

And you are,
what the world envies,
dear moon,
dressed with the evening sky,
draped in black and diamonds...

Close your eyes,
and float,
light up the night sky,
as you always do,
for when I look at the moon,
I see you...
