Everything takes flight, young and old.
Your wonder draws me, a magnetic force,
Revealing beauty, leaving me awestruck of course.

A rain drop, innocent and pure,
Falls on me and I'm sure,
It brings to mind a beautiful evening,
A world within, a reflection revealing.

My home is nowhere,
For I'm meant to roam everywhere,
A bird with wounded wings,
Scarred by this cruel world.

Under the moonlight, when silence reigns,
But the person inside me rages in vain,
I gaze upon the sky and smiled so wide,
As moonbeams fall and my heart begins to reside,
