Comments about Isabella Mugisa
A Distant Lover
I look from an earthly seat and watch trees bend and break
To see a smile; a smirk escape the lips of a crescent moon
That grins with sarcasm and pride
I will not wait for these angels to decide that they can fly
Or soar above clouds of thoughts inside my mind
That set fire to rational thought and rain upon hearts
Bringing tears to eyes

Only to come to the realisation that too soon that moment fades away
Leaving void where a heart should rightfully be
While chests swell and burst ...
