Over

Over,
Such a simple word, yet so complicated
Every time i look at you, i see my life
When you laugh, i cry
When you smile, i die
How can you go on with no emotion
With seemingly no knowledge of what has transpired
I wish i could take it back
If i could, i would
You said get over it,
And yet i find myself thinking of you endlessly
Never quitting,
And finally finishing,
Knowing its over
