Jacob Biehl Poems

I make my way through the snow,
of the way many went, but not yet come,
I made my way through that sticky snow,
upon which lies a sickly sight.
...

My love for you was bulletproof.
I still remember where it all went wrong,
I was suspicious, you were aloof,
but you would sing your siren's song.
...

Everything bugs me, every thing reminds me,
Reminds me of you, of my pain and misery.
Mama help me I've been hurt,
rounds punch me with every burst,
...

when people hurt you, they try to tape the wound, your not better,
another bump, however small, you will shatter,
they try to fill the gap with glue, a flood of misery will erode it, heat of anger will melt it's seams,
but the mirror always reflects light of sincerties, warm glow of love will melt it together again.
...

Nail, nail, raining nails,
pins me down in a falling hail.
Blood, blood, runs down the wall,
at least now my soul won't fall.
...

I'm burning in water, drowning in fire,
yet you call that a knife? take it out and try again.
I'm scarred and scabbed, but I'm still breathing.
you'll think I'll crawl after such a small beating?
...

If I were to scratch at my imperfections,
it would rain blood for days,
everything grows colder, as my hope grows darker.
But it's OK, I wanted to suffocate anyway!

Do you really hate the end?
Embracing an eternal and peaceful slumber?
All we can ask that it's painless,
To go quickly and without regret.
...

Tonight we'll unite under full moon's rise,
Help me take them by surprise.
Even we have our pride and battle cries.
...

Now I lay me down to sleep,
pray the lord my soul to keep,
if I die before I wake,
pray the lord my soul to take,

Surrounded by a smog,
breathing in a dark fog.
Twisting internally,
hurting eternally.

Blood, blood, blood, blood,
too numb to feel the cold,
life is worth less than gold,
I'm unsure that I'm not dead,

In the bottom of a closet, tossed aside,
Just another shell who laughs and cries.
I'm staring through a mask,
Hard and cold and standing alone.

Turn up the the metal,
tear a few rifts,
play a few games,
beat each other up,

Sorcery takes my breath away, it catches my tongue, numbs my mind.
What else could it be? I may be hexed, could it be enchantment…
I don’t think it matters, I discover my entire being in shy bind.
My thoughts no longer belong to me, seized, not to be returned.

My fears know of my cares and

They plague me without knowing how I

Thank you misery,
you know a bit of pain does the heart good.
The contrast you offer, the black you drape me in,
makes the light brighter.

lone shark suspended in blue,
solitary peace.

Jacob Biehl Biography

I enjoy making poems despite not being a very strong writer, but people might as well see it, and be warned i love animals and their purity, i have yet to meet on animal with a cruel intention/heart inhibited by nature.)

Of Which No Child Should Know

I make my way through the snow,
of the way many went, but not yet come,
I made my way through that sticky snow,
upon which lies a sickly sight.

The bodies mangled, mauled, and dead,
it's a sight that mothers dread,
for when they know their child's dead.
they'll soon cry upon the heads,
the heads upon which mark the dead.
They're not to run in golden fields,
nor take joy in simple crafts,
will be upon hearts like shafts.

The sight of this scarred black land,
is one of which no child should know,
not the slopes slicked with blood,
nor the poppies splashed with red,
not the wheat stomped to bread,
this is field, of which no child should know,
and that's the sorrow on my soul.
