Goodbye

A familiar face voice
That warns my heart
You say hello
I fall apart
I'm like a child
Shaking with fear
My face begins to burn
From all my hot tears
You are now a stranger
I don't know you anymore
Your not the same man
My heart use to adore
You broke my heart
And felt no pain
We can't try again
It will never be the same
I'm at a loss for words
What can I say
Yet you wonder why
I walked away
I loved you
You once made me smile
But when I gave you an inch
You took a mile
I'm left with a broken dream and a ebpty heart
I would try to explain
But I don't know where to start
I'm scared to death
To let you go
Open my mouth but the words won't flow
I take s deep breath
And try to be strong
I must say goodbye
You have hurt me tong
With forced shaking words
I finally admit
Yes I'm in love
But this time I quit.
