Texas Strong

We've heard stories of bravery at the Alamo
Fighting an army they didn't know
Those patriots stood their ground
Now their spirits come back to their old hometown
Houston is underwater but that can't keep them down
The Lord will guide them through the storm
Storms never last and they continue to let us know
Texas will stand strong and fight back
We're all Texas strong and help is something we don't lack
The people in Texas have shown that they can unite
They stand together without politics and spite
Jesus shines His light down on those suffering
He gives them strength to carry on during this terrible time
