Scared And Beaten

I once was a child,
So scared and beaten.

I am now a teenager
Still scared and beaten.

So many negatives thrown my way,
Humiliation, the worst of all.

How I have made my way through I will never know,
But I still alive and breathing.

Biting, Choking, being thrown around and hit multiple times physically and emotionally,
But with every negative I still stand up.
So scared and beaten.

Will I ever be a stand up for myself?
So scared and beaten.

No I have learnt standing up gets yourself hurt,
Growing up still scared and beaten.

Till my last day,
So scared and beaten.
