Jaydeep SARANGI Poems

The characters on the canvas are on interface
They turn around to show their full face.
Some wear a smug smile, others wry.
They never look us in the eye, deep.

My sad wings twitter
As body surrenders
To the snow peaks of Rotang.
I am stronger than ever

An important source of
Hardwood timber
Look back in its slow silent flowering wait for

What makes you so happy?
The red soil and the sweet smell

Rains On My Alphabets

The characters on the canvas are on interface
They turn around to show their full face.
Some wear a smug smile, others wry.
They never look us in the eye, deep.

This untrained eye search for
Stars during a rainy night
Hands of care sitting near the widow,
All stories that heart stitch.

We never counted time's moments
We discovered eyes of each other
Whom we wished to meet
Slowly blinking in late night whirls.
