Explore Poets GO!
I have been writing poetry since my early teens. Poetry is my best friend. I can confide anything and feel safe. My thoughts are never lost. Age has matured my words and given emotion and depth to my feeling. Poetry is my escape from and to anywhere I want to be. I thank God for the words he has given me and pray that He will continue to bestowe His good graces upon me.

A moment of silence,
Heads are bowed,
Flags at half staff,
Prayers around,
Tired So Tired
tired so tired
lost in life
what to do
with no sight

This Is The Day Our Nation Mourned,
This is the day that 'Terror' was born,
For America, 'She' held her breath,
As time stood still and watched distressed:
Ten Commandments
The Ten Commandments seared in stone,
Moses climbed that mountain alone,
He followed his visions knowing his fate,
He believed in God and Heavens Gate.

Remember when ~ Remember how,
Terror struck U. S. grounds,
By taking hostage of the air,
Horror reined and still lives there,
