My cold heart has melted
I never knew it was there
The warmth of your smile
I never knew I could care

My eyes can shed tears
I knew they could feel
My years of indifference
changed by what's real

My ears can hear noises
like your sighs in the nights
your steady slow breathing
thats lifts me to new heights

You've opened up my world
My life is all new
You are my teacher
Even though you're only two
