Hold that look for a moment
I watch that splendid soul inside
And the vehement emotions they hide

I can’t sleep well at night
Not having you by my side
Whom I used to hug so tight

We're so close yet so far
Together yet miles apart
Friends yet enemies at heart
I can see you smile

I wish I am a butterfly,
Playing happily with the flowers in the garden
Not a girl who always cry,
Bearing this life’s heavy burden

Once I was all alone,
Seeking ways to conquer dreams with my own
I could make it by myself!
Is all I believed!

There was a bird's nest in the tree
There's only a sister to the other three
They barely chirp in glee,
At times, they may but will just end suddenly
...

Hey, could you please turn around?
Please never mind how I sound
I just want you to look at me
Cause it's your face I long to see

Tonight, on my bed I lay again
Caught myself staring at the ceiling
Didn't realize what I've been doing
It's you I've been thinking
