Old Geezer

There was an old geezer past seventy they say,
He went often to the pond to pray.
This old geezer loved the Lord they say,
He saw an angel sitting there,
And swiftly they both flew away.
The old geezer had family that he loved so dear,
The angel said sorry we must get away from here.
Geezers are handy to have around the home,
We usually miss them when they are gone.
