Why did they assassinate Kennedy?
Why kill Mr. King?
Only thing they didn't kill,
Was both men's dreams.

Why did they beat Rodney?
Why were they so mean?
Just like dear Mr. Martin,
Rodney had a dream.

What about Rosa when she was on the bus?
They told her to get up, she made a big fuss,
Protestin', Boycottin', she made a way for us.
