What is death in your mind?
Does it resemble kind?
Or
Is it time which were bad?
...
Have you ever done something you regret?
Have you ever read something you regret?
Have you ever learned what your life really is?
Have you ever done a thing?
...
Have you ever known someone,
Someone who was dead.
They would talk to you,
But nothing would be said.
...
Something will come along.
Something will change the world.
Something will change you.
Something will change me.
...
The man gets up shouts “It’s Time! ” with great enthusiasm.
He jumps out of his velvet, silk quilt and jogs to the closet.
He picks out a hypnotic tie and his favorite golfing sweater.
Pulls up a pair of new underwear and wool, warm pants.
...
You wake up and you in a foggy room.
You stand up and look around.
You’re confused and scared.
You try to walk but you feet are bound.
...
He dances into the night,
His finish is not in sight.
He does it because he has no money,
He does it because he likes it.
...
Up and up the climber goes.
Scaling the majestic monster.
Higher and higher he goes.
Just to make it to the top.
...
It makes a pulsating boom.
One, two, THREE, FOUR.
One, two, THREE, FOUR.
You can feel it in any room.
...
It is the biggest thing around,
The landscape peeps not a sound.
It stands at fifteen feet tall,
Everything else compared is so small.
...
All I ever needed was someone to listen,
To help me out, figure out what I was missing.
Ten years later I find myself in the same position.
Wondering why no one listens.
...
My head has fallen in,
It made me fell something new.
It hurt SO much,
Yet I barely felt it.
...
I am 16 and have writen over 150 poems but most lost, Most hated, few I liked...)
Death’s Resemblance
What is death in your mind?
Does it resemble kind?
Or
Is it time which were bad?
Does it resemble the face of sad?
Or
Is it things of nothing?
Does it resemble nothing?
