It is beautiful.
It stands there all alone.
So delicate, its arch
So massive, its stone.

There's no one else around
A few birds flying by
A few more pecking on the ground.

A distant church bell rings
From a little country church,
Or from a Gothic church spire?

But I am here alone
In this perfect cathedral...
With one compelling thought,
"Oh, Lord, my God, how great Thou art."
