Walking down the street
With every step, my heart skips a beat

The lamp posts, the trees, the buildings
Are still the same
Nothing except you
Has changed in our beautiful game

To see you my eyes can't wait
My legs are wanting to cross the gate
The lips are ready to smile at you
And I am all ears to hear you

I ring the bell
Revising the conversation to tell
When you open the door
I am speechless and nothing more

In my dreams, I have built
This scene again and again
Believe me, the way that takes me
To you, is my favourite lane
