Roses are red, violets are blue,
Say that you love me, tell me you do,
But the violets have wilted, the roses are dead,
Unlike the voices, so loud in you head,
...

As the pretty young teenager lay on the bed,
With the most darkest thoughts swimming through her head,
A minute she spent staring into space,
Wondering why society was so hard to face.
...

Why pretend to be someone you're not,
Fleecing people into thinking you're a big shot,
Money, power, respect and fame,
You'd be lying to say this is not your aim,
...

All The Violets Are Wilted, Roses Are Dead...

Roses are red, violets are blue,
Say that you love me, tell me you do,
But the violets have wilted, the roses are dead,
Unlike the voices, so loud in you head,
You fought like a soldier, you were so brave,
But too weak for your mind, which kept you a slave,
People were blind, they did not see through,
The fake smiles and lies that became of you,
You tried hard, though all in vain,
For the demons still lurked in your brain,
The light was gone, her last breath taken,
Asleep forever, she would not awaken,
For the violets have wilted, roses are dead,
Away from herself, the young girl had fled.
