Justine Ramos Poems

I'm just scared

that one day
...

Hey do you remember?

remember those times
...

An unfinished poem
an unheard song
two pieces of art
just torn and thrown
...

I can already imagine
myself a year from now
school is ending
and prom dates are stirring
...

I'm going to be okay.

not right now
...

Love, love, love

oh what a strange word to say
...

Why is life worth living?
It's so much easier to fade away

For the blades of reality cut us
...

It's inevitable, this thing called pain
it's like walking on a sunny day when all of a sudden it starts pouring rain

and the droplets stick to your skin
...

Justine Ramos Biography

Came to the States when I was 2, living off of 1 kidney, settled in the States living off of 2. Read till my brain forced my eyes shut, then read again in my dreams. I'm no good with speaking words, but I am good at writing them down. Trying to break through a restricted world. I like things such as long car rides with my favorite songs and a mess of thoughts, rainfall cuddled with coffee (half sweetened creamer, half actual coffee) and a good book, talking about the stars and if this is all just a dream. Fell in love with a Musician, and together we make art. ' To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.' - Oscar Wilde)

that one day

I still won't be over him

and he will be

or worse

the opposite
