The Island Of Answers

The island sits in the ocean.
It bobs on crystal waters,
holding the answers to life.
Everybody tries to get to its desolate, sandy shores.
They tug at their hair;
annoyed,
as the menacing waves drive them away.
The island knows the answers are too elaborate
for even the smartest of men.
So the island sits.
As dark as the night sky above.
