This World Is A Cruel Place

This world is a cruel place, someone complaints


Everybody looks different but they all want same
Artist need not have art; all one needs is money and fame..

Everybody wants to win so they play the game
No rules, no sympathy, take some GOD’s name..

Everybody is stranger, no one stranger to rupee, dollar, yen
All become friends, only difference is where and when..

Everybody isn’t a devil but there are no saint’s
Today he is shining, tomorrow he faints..

Everything is designed, there is nothing plain
Someone cries loss as somebody looks for gain..


This world is a cruel place, so it remains...
