It Was All A Dream

I woke up today thinkin it was all just a bad dream,
Thought the mourning i'd have to do no more.
I remember the previous evening,
Looking through the window seeing you,
The brightest star in the sky
wondering what heaven had on the cards for that evening.
Always hard to sleep when i see that star,
But always i see you when i drift away
the dreams i long to become reality.
Waking up from that dream thinking it wasnt true,
Its like breaking my heart all over again.
I miss you when im concious,
but in my dreams ur still with me.
