The Pursuit Of Happiness:
Well, you know, some times we wish to do something
And we do that, and we are pleased
And we continue doing that, and we are more pleased,
And we keep going that way, and then one day, we die, still pleased.
Some times, we wish to do something
And we do that, and we are pleased
But someone else does not get pleasure
And so they say something that pleases them
We may not like that, and we may retreat,
For a while
Then we realize that the pleasure factor is all gone
All around.
Then we arise, and decide
The only way I will be pleased,
Is to do as I please,
No matter what anyone may say…
I must have my day…
Then everyone complains, and has their say
And once again, everything is okay
Because everyone said something
And then there is calm.
