The Shaded Heart

MIND
heart…. heart….. can you hear me calling
Wrapped up so tight from fear once shown
So used to being prepared for war or retreat
Prepare for one has come to skip your beat

EGO
'man up! ! ! ! ! , man up! ! ! ! ! '

HEART
No luck, just hard work and dedication Ego old me
But now then, why am i still feeling so cold and lonely

SOUL
Ego! ego! Take a seat fool, you're messing with our sight
Of the one who will come and hold We tight and warm till night is bright

After nearly 90 days and 90 nights or maybe was it! 90 raves and 90 fights

BRAIN
Why have two ones when two halves make a whole one
That recent mathematical equation with its Ego persuasion
Divided one half and one half and made two un-whole again

THE GODS
Now i know you hear me deep down inside
What is it you long to store and hide

HEART
Well Ego said this and Mind said that and Soul rarely answers back
Sometime i feel I'm in a TRAP

THE GODS
Well we know many things and of many things we know one
You Heart, speak a language of many tongues plus one
Of the wise, misled, the live and the dead
You listen but are very seldom heard
Your voice a verse you must converse

HEART
'MIND, take a chill pill and focus on the real deal'
'SOUL, work on the plan to make We part of that whole'
'BRAIN help We strive and maintain and guide the path'
'EGO…. now i know, i know you have your place in all of this, but please KNOW YOUR PLACE'
You are all part of We, but some must learn to sing more quietly

THE BEING
For there is a She that calls We who sings so soft and heavenly
A Soul to be nurtured and cared for so tenderly
A Brain extraordinarily filled with knowledge unmatched with thoughts unhatched
A Mind so kind and witty with thoughts that flow so pretty
Well i know the Gods and they know She, they've told you Heart that She's for We

HEART
I've whispered with the one of me which She possess
MIND
All the time, all the time She's on me
BRAIN
I have a plan for She, We, Us
EGO
I know my place, i know my place. I hope she hugs me as i bare my face
SOUL
Live Our Vision Everyday, for which We must see She

GODS
It was written for which its told, Heart has found its new abode
His team must work hard and hand in hand, to enable the strength of that '5th Band'
