Half past the question
Almost by the hour
As the shower drains sometimes
Caught in a wayward door
...
I imagine the much-fingered remnant of your last family days passed in one direction whilst you exited in another.
That beneath this fabled chronicle you lie in tender repose or parade your defiant imprint from corner to corner.

Don't Bite - draw in slowly
Whispers of the sibilant hosts
Left and right of stage press in
To shout for and against

Half Past The Question
Half past the question
Almost by the hour
As the shower drains sometimes
Caught in a wayward door
A tear in a my breast pocket
A lasting unrepaired
Near the heart defective
A fabric flaw
The stomach ajar
Its you.
These things are you.
In all these years
Its always you.
And once in a dream
I found you.
I smothered you
With desperate kisses
They gasped for our lives
Oh… If I should die
I pray that dream
Lives on somewhere
Reminding the universe
That I loved you
Forever.
Beautiful poems you wrote. So beautiful.
