To The Snobs Of Racism

See it in my face
I don’t wanna know it
You like it all tough
Oh I just wanna throw it
Your primmed necktie, out tightened my patience
Rising high, I don’t know, I only got frustration

In & Out, looking all good
Just so natural in this white neighbourhood
But like I’m out and you’re in
But I’ve been in more than you’ll ever be

Okay yeah, you live the life
So what? Shove it
I just don’t care, and don’t wanna make it my business

But it’s tough you see
Being me and my colour
Like my eyes give it a way that I’m just so inferior
You see my glare and my tough person-ality
That ain’t no coincidence, its for ya own clarity

Just so you know
That it aint that flo-jo
So tired of this mess an’ caressin it with my best
For what I ask? When I’m some second class citizen
I have no real freedom
It’s just an illusion

You say you helped and I got better
I grew up knowin’ and now I’m all the taller
But that aint all of it, it was no piece of cake
I wasn’t raised by a white hand
But a whitewash of mistakes
Now I aint vengeful but I’m not comfy either
Coz you see there was a lil girl
An’ I never got ta meet her
