A Love Battle

Is there a perfect love
out there I ask
why do I feel that everything's
half-mast?

A tiny hope invades my dreams
Swept by a thousand scary screams
Is it supposed to be this way?
Where is the sword I need to sway?

How many dragons till I reach you?
How many battles just to teach you?
That love is here to stay tonight
Tomorrow's just another fight

A perfect love is not available
but you are here, and I'm attainable
A perfect love isn't reality
but here you are and that's normality.
