Heart's Foundation

A mind and soul there was to marry, but;
How civilized it was to parry.
Come along now, we must tarry
I tell you my secrets,
I tell you no lies.
I must confess,
That I've been vexxed,
By the eight sides to this equation.
The odd is even and the even is odd.
Pefectly whole, wholly perfect,
The coming together and the pulling apart
in syncopation
is the hearts' foundation.
