To be up when the world is down,
That's the way that I think I'll go to town,
Spreading goodwill like sunshine at night,
Giving the Babylonian and the NewWorld a run for their life.

Smile dammit it has to be this way,
No worrying about sadness or the cares of coming change,
Step up to the window and look across this world,
See the beauty in it no matter how absurd.

Just keep fighting for the Light,
Don't let anyone put it out,
It's here because you matter,
It's here because you count!
