What do animals think about us,
what do little kids think about us?
...

My feelings and emotions
Surround me constantly
Pushing and pulling my body
With each step I take to a different direction.

Write it down
and don't forget
before you go to sleep tonight
that the leaves have no names
...

In the face of war and violence
And faceless men with guns and knives for their hands
I will stand exposed
And hurt and cry for the babies
...
