Misilla de la Llana Poems

Nectarous flavor of Riesling,
In my glass chilled and sparkling.
At times I prefer Cabernet warm and spiced,
Savoring every sip, as I am enticed!
...

Spiraling through helix-
Ecstasy.
Unfathomable paradise-
Mesmerized.
...

A new season beginning,
Sun rising, peaks around the bluff.
Early this aurora; a becoming-
Coolness subsides, warmth of radiance aglow.
...

Heavenly aroma of season's warming,
Tinsel and twinkle lights for trimming.
Young and old, laugh with gay,
As they watch little ones play.
...

The warmth of a mother's embrace,
Her tender touch amidst such grace.
Softly, she comforts her newborn to sleep,
Thoughts of fondness run deep.
...

You hold dear onto the warmth of your father’s embrace,
As you gracefully sweep mournful tears off your face.
For all the joy and bittersweet shared together,
Thus and so, love he rendered will last forever.
...

Infinite helix of galaxies,
Wither heavenly bodies illuminate,
And solar storm rallies Aurora Borelis,
Upon cerulean paradise, iridescence dissipate.
...

Upon silken orb she stands alert
Swift moves and sense of pert,
Awaiting a prey to come along,
On your dermis she sinks her prongs.
...

Thou hast lived in despair
He must be freed from agony,
From the pith, he grasp for air,
And his body weakened.
...

Assailed in peril and violence,
Battle fought with great valor.
Brought forth peace and accordance,
Grand and mighty strength of soldiers,
...

A breath of fresh air,
As sunlight reflects on gleaming blue waters so fair.
Where mountains meet as the golden star sets,
O such wonderful scenery one mustn't forget.
...

Roaring, blatant thunder,
Beyond the bluff,
Earth shakes and rumbles,
Mighty gusts of air.
...

For every breath I take, I am thankful,
Whence love and faith surrounds, I am hopeful.

Greatness that adheres to me, keeps me strong,
...

Ivory flurries descend from hazy skies,
Snowflake’s unparalleled size and shape.
Silvery, crystalline icicle shines,
Serene view, a wintry landscape.
...

‘Twas a brisk misty morn,
Luxuriant foliage tinged auburn.
Yet tranquil and subdue,
Spider’s orb glisten with dawn’s dew.

The Best Poem Of Misilla de la Llana

Got Wine?

Nectarous flavor of Riesling,
In my glass chilled and sparkling.
At times I prefer Cabernet warm and spiced,
Savoring every sip, as I am enticed!

Soft and delicate zest of Pinot Noir,
Brings spree of endless hours.
Then hearty and spice of Shiraz,
A mixture comes with all that jazz.

But if you prefer blanc like Pinot Gris,
Or berries and blush of Sangiovese-
Bordeaux Merlot or delicate Chardonnay,
All are great I must say!

So let me do this favor-
To you, I pour a glass to savor,
After all, no matter from which vine,
A simple glass will do just fine.
