    Only he who truly loves you will see you at your worse and still think of you at your best.
    See you at your most vulnerable and find you incredibly strong.
    Take you at your most imperfect and see you as perfection.
    Love you in blindness as strongly as in sight
    Inspire you wholeheartedly when there is no inspiration to be found
    Light you up where darkness has been prevalent
    Love you unassumingly, without expectation but to preserve what preserves his own life force.
    To be with you always and nothing more.
    To love you and have you love him.

Were you one of the ambitious,
Who were virtuous for glory?
And like the moon,
Did your vows to God wane and lack fortitude?

Did you lack temperance,
And like Venus trade God for foreign lovers?
Did you succumb to justice,
Or did you vice away the hours?

Were you a man of courage,
Who died diligently for the cause?
Were you temperant,
Like the monks who abided to their faith without pause?

Did you come clean;
Carry the pureness on your skin?
Were you met by the pure-hearted
Never touched by sin?
