moshe malatji Poems

The one I never seen, the one I might never meet.
I wrote in many wet papers. None was dry, as the tears of my eyes wet them,
They were bespattered with blood from my heart,
My actions went too far, far from my thoughts.my mind was not at peace.
...

Singing under the collapsed mine.
Singing between the collided rocks.
Singing the song of sorrow.

A Letter To My Unborn

The one I never seen, the one I might never meet.
I wrote in many wet papers. None was dry, as the tears of my eyes wet them,
They were bespattered with blood from my heart,
My actions went too far, far from my thoughts.my mind was not at peace.
When the hands of time turns, time go on, no turning back.
The temptation stroked, attacked and caught me.
Together our lives have changed. Unlike yesterday; we no longer dance for tomorrow.
We no longer sneak out, all stops. They all stopped.
Maybe one day when the gates of the north closes,
We might meet on the gates of the south.
Something that might bring us together is the blood of the one.
The one that runs through the veins. The one with the feelings of life.
The one that will never change. When the dark clouds disappears,
Don’t say I never checked. When the snow melts, don’t say I never froze.
When the fire blazes, don’t say I never burned.
I just never died. But I was trapped under shadows of earthquakes,
Under the layers of volcanoes.
In the field where the lion’s teeth are sharper than a golden razor blade,
Stronger than two sided sword.
Even if we don’t meet, just know that on my foot, you will be the steps.
During my nights you will be my dreams, the stars on my sky.
Where the suffering stalks like a viper,
I will be your predator in defense.
