Tempted the wise and the unwise smooth.
Raised the slogans, for an optimistic sign,

Old Is Gold

The old man under a mask of youth,
Tempted the wise and the unwise smooth.
Raised the slogans, for an optimistic sign,
Say no to former, and exchange the rising coin.
Majority supported, for good in the country,
To get rid the monstrous system, during the century.
As the match began,
Expectations went in vain.
Realized, was it not the game of words?
Now the conscience says, fake stories they‘ve heard.
Even the supporter, they finally burst,
Selected minds turned to be mere rust.
Their bragging claims were, only get empower?
Avoiding the claims, they move to five-years tower.
Collapsed economy from the worse to the worst,
The visible vibes turned to the invisible dust.
Yet arrowing the blames to the previous,
Though, all in all they are, but still dubious.
Truly, the previous one, were not ideals,
But far better, than the new idles.
Now all comprehend, old Pakistan was the best,
New Pakistan was but an unproductive test.
Let us breathe the same way for old is gold,
Leave us astray, we don't want to be sold.
