To travel across the lands, searching far and wide
Looking for a person, who has no place to hide.
Searching the mountains, and scanning the hills
I tredge through the waters; and head for the mills.

I'm not a monster, I'm a sick man
Why did this happen to me, you must have a plan
The thought of death intrigues me, I don't shed a tear
But the thought of losing friends, gives me a fear

To the hope and joy that crosses my mind
I travel across the lands searching ready to find
A female companion who wants to hold me
In the rain, in a hurricane, even next to a tree.

To the moon and stars that shine so bright
The rays fall down upon a lovely sight.
Not golden rays, but rays of dark light
I advance not knowing who she is, why does this feel right?

Real name is Dustin Smith. I'm in school at Cascade JobCorp Center. I'm still young, so I don't have much to mention about my life. I like to keep life simple, I know its complicated, but for the time being I want it simple. Poems are the way into someones heart, and my poems have hit many hearts.)

Do our paths feel intertwined?
Do you sit back and press rewind?
Did you make an error in the past?
That you can’t quite surpass.
Did you meet someone way back then?
Did they say that you were a ten?
Were you tricked into being with them?
Did they use you, leave you, then say they’d write you by pen?
How does your heart feel now?
Is it broken and cant quite heal?
What other errors have you made in your life?
Are you married now, are you a wife?
Does he spend time with you, or do you feel replaced?
Do his friends hit on you, and make you feel disgraced?
Why would you be with this person then?
Did you really think about this, did you look within?
Why have you made so many errors in life so far?
Don’t keep it up; your heart doesn’t need a bigger scar.
Why do you think you need someone to make you happy?
Did you know that your perfect on your own?
Why don’t you stop, and let that be the end?
