This Pain Is My Prison

The sky darkens
My blood beings to boil
Everything is trapped inside
And all of it wants to break out
And rang terror throughout the land
The voices I hear
Are clearly not supposed to be here
The anger I hold inside
Is waiting to be drowned and put out there
If only someone could help
If only someone knew how
If only someone could stop this madness
But I'm not able to explain
I can not speak
For if I speak I scream
And if I scream I cry
And if I cry I try to hurt physically
So I can feel better mentally and emotionally
You prolly don't understand
Your prolly asking yourself questions
But just know
You must not make me speak when you know I am filled with anger
You must let me stay quiet
Or we will both regret it
