A year of ups and downs. ins and outs. things coming and going. people I've met and people I've lost to the heavens-above chances I've had but thrown them away it's been a bad but good year I have to say I've become more wiser with everyday I had lost control I hear people say but as I sit here and think of the mistakes I've made I've come to realise that I've learnt a lot and now I say thanks to a people who I thought made it hard for me in everyway I'm am blessed an appreciate my life everyday

dear brothers i've been looking back over my life and i know now that i spent it tongue tied which i can see now has made me numb to so many things in life since dad has past away i have come to realize that i really do need to do more with my life i need to open up to yous more i wish i had spent more time listening to use speak your mind because i sit here everyday with use on my mind

I can forgive people quickly release my resentment and set myself free compassion is my compass I am willing to hold space for the experience of others I send a prayer of love to all beings in need of a miracle I accept the gifts I've been given as a high service to the world I celebrate my progress awareness not perfection is the goal guidance is available to me now I know that Angels ancestors and spirit guides are always with me i do not walk alone I trust that my intuition is always leading me to where i am suppose to go
