Being Brown

"Orange", his loud voice echoed across the large class room.
Orange candy - a five -year old squealed in a candy-sweet voice.
The sun - responded another meekly.
When did the sun turn orange duffer? Giggles heard from the last row.
In the evening, andI know - shot back a sensible, scratchy head.
"Ushhh. All right" he let out a chiding tone. It is "Brown" this time.
Chocolates - suddenly screamed the tallest girl in the room. A delightful revelation for sure!
My brown shoes. They are new - the proud backbencher din't want to give up.
My mama's chocolate pudding - a very hungry, craving voice came floating from a corner.
Coffee beans. I had seen my granny grinding them - a sharp, intuitive mind tried to score better.
Teddy bear, dark brown skirt, almonds- ahh! He sighed with a certain depth without impeding the favourite brown choices filling up the room.
Back in his apartment, while sipping the evening tea with a busy mind racing towards a variety of things, he suddenly yelled out "Brown"
His friend, who was hooked on to a monthly tabloid, looked up to spare a generous moment.
"Brown" the stern word slipped out of his tongue one more time.
I know! I know! Don't bother yourself much! You can't do much about the racists- A mumbling piece of advice pierced its way through the stylish super model and reached him at the perfect time!
He swallowed it, let out a deep sigh, and started laughing his lungs out!
The loudness of his laughter shuddered across!
