Orange Geometry Poems

In the confines of the mandala
Repugnant with self-reflection
A dandelion
Falls through space
...

As with my face eastward turned
I plead with questions I dare not ask
With a slap of silence, I am spurned
Mysteries of circumstance, still veiled, still masked.
...

Contorted
Badly out of proportion
The neurotic spiral beckons you in.
Enticing

Dandelion

In the confines of the mandala
Repugnant with self-reflection
A dandelion
Falls through space
Tracing luminous streaks in the channel it traverses
Tumbling spores grope nervously
Helplessly
Hoping to find the place
Where immortality awaits
Where the yearning seed shall impale itself
To give life to another.

Hope and fear
In each virgin wisp
A kiss
Wet and full
.. and a kiss not had.
