intimate touch as we pass in the hall
Heart-stopping deadly as shootin’ Meth

Dusk consumes with the closing of our eyes
against the appetite of the darkness
Stellar judgments stab at the bitter haze of regret
uninvited dreams infiltrate our sleep
...

She was unfortunate to look like her
So pretty to see and touch, its ugly ran deep
inside of her like them all – until removed by me
Perfecting their beauty one at a time

Incision Bad decision Blood soaked Love choked

disfigured clown Joke of town Brain-dead Broken head

Fading to gray, memories grow small
Into the mist, barely remembered at all
Ghosts did haunt, now solace grant
...

Crystalized expectations falling at once the same as and different to the others, bringing promise and renewal masking breakdown and destruction with a blanket of forgiveness and perfection. Scrutinized with a sense of hope(yet of) disdain in the knowing of inevitable melted decay of such beauty a parallel of being.
