They Say,

Haven't been listening since I heard about you.
They say,  you are eternal bliss
Haven't got you but have started to miss.

Haven't been watching since I pictured you.
They say,  you look like a devil with angel's wand
Giving the reward with a hit on the hand.

Haven't been eating since I took a taste of you.
They say,  you burn the tongue with sweet flavour
Built you a king and yet make you a slaver

Haven't been walking since I sought your moves
They say,  you led a road of embers with glass
Loosing yourself and becoming someone via trespass.

Haven't been quite since I talked about you.
They say,  your company gives talk of the town
Marching on the rainbow, wearing stressed gown

They say,  you are the best temporary lover
Who holds the hand tight at first,
but leaves when time starts to hover.

Whatever it takes, to be yours, I AM READY
High on your path, being heady.

But will you accept me as who I am?
Or in the end make me fool believing a sham?

OH! Success how deepened your claws in me,
Please be gentle and patient, is all I plea.
Promise me you will show me the colours of light,
Promise me you will be all what they say,
Because I have ended myself to be your next prey.
