Someday

Somehow I know the sun
Will shine 'most every day
And bright stars will return
To light the night.
Though rain may fall
In silvered diamond drops
From clouds turned gray
I know 'twill all come right
Someday.
Someday I'll climb that distant hill
And stand where rainbows glow
Where blue skies shine
And love awaits.
Someday, somehow, I know.
