Bed And Bored

Strangers in the night.
Earlier, tangled as one
We watched the soap opera unfold.
Each day I hold You,
Lying about my undying love.
Now You sense my impotence.
Your beautiful form angled away,
I cannot perform.
My mind has been led astray
By women who fire my passions.
I can almost taste them.
My drive returns, then subsides.
Asleep, You hide your face and your feelings.
Awake, I embrace my failings.
