Yesterday I heard of a place
A place with no god but prejudice of race
whenever their children turned they saw vicious wound of their burns
they said nothing but it was written all over their faces

yesterday I heard children's cries
as they looked upon the skies
and heard all the lies
with excruciating pain in their eyes
they went through the following nights

yesterday I saw men using guns to occupy this place
we call our space
but do not embrace

Today I saw a place were we stand united as a rainbow nation
and strive for common ...
