In everything that's passed,
There were love songs
That never could last;

Convey my destiny
That to my door calls
And spread its wings free
Before Icarus falls

Every moment should be of joy,
When you say, I love you;
And what such meaning should deploy,
And whether it is true,

There are times,
There are ways,
There are wonders,
And I can't be certain

The change of times
Affects us in days to come,
The future is unknown
