I am an empty girl,
Needing love and hope,
Wanting to be as pretty as a peral,
And not like a big dope.

So lonley and helpless,
You threw my heart,
Against a wall,
And it hurt.

Not wanting to gain,
Any more pain,
wanting to be safe again.
